Week 3 ( 22 Feb 2017)

Topic 1: The nature of Curriculum

Last 2 weeks we were talking and discussing about the assignment of the subject. This week we get into the first topic ' The nature of Curriculum'. Through our lecturer, we get to broaden our view in the content and stranded in curriculum. We get to know the concept of the curriculum. 

It is important that we as a teacher know the benefit of the curriculum and all the planning should be for the classroom and students.

 Pedagogy is art, science or profession of teaching. 

It include the approach to teaching and learning. The teaching process and how the students learn is the process in all the curriculum.

Week 4 (1 March 2017)

Topic 2: Role of Curriculum

This week we discussed about the role, job and responsibility of the curriculum worker. I learnt that people who work with curriculum gain different kind of challenge and endeavors.

 As a teacher, We can develop skills that involve content knowledge to enable us to know how to teach all the students and children.

Week 5 (8 March 2017)

Topic 3 and 4: Philosophical Foundation and Psychological Foundation of Curriculum

This week we cover 2 topic. First of all, the topic 'Philosophical Foundation talk about the study of wisdom. There are 5 school purposes, they are studies of learners, suggestion from subject specialists, studies of contemporary life, use of psychology of learning and use of philosophy. We also learn about the education philosophies.
